Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 7-14 business days
Standard Shipping (Orders under $50): $4.99 — 7-14 business days
Express Shipping: $12.99 — 3-5 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping

Currently, SUAHX ships within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping regions soon.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or weather conditions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@subahmed.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is reported lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at admin@subahmed.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
