How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days within the United States. Express shipping (3-5 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at admin@subahmed.com if you need to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at admin@subahmed.com to initiate a return.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
