30-Day Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at admin@subahmed.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at admin@subahmed.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
